Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
  • Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This ensures that the studio has adequate time to offer the time slot to other clients.

  • Late Cancellation or Rescheduling Fee: In the event that a client cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged for the initial procedure. This fee helps compensate the studio for potential lost revenue due to the last-minute change.

    • NOTE: If your touchup session is complimentary as part of a promotion, a cancellation fee of $150 will still be applied if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without providing any notice, they will be charged the full cost of the appointment as a no-show fee.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients are advised to arrive promptly for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to reschedule the appointment, and a late arrival fee may be applied.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment, which will be applied towards the final cost of the service. If the client cancels or reschedules within the allowed time frame (48 hours), the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.

  • Touch-Up Appointments: Touch-up appointments are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy as the initial appointment.
